The short version: this website collects nothing about you unless you fill in the demo form or email us — and we use what you send only to reply.
Who we are
Datattach is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42036173). For anything related to your data, contact hello@datattach.com.
What we collect
If you submit the demo-request form, we receive the details you type in: your name, work email, company, and message. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains. We use this information for one purpose: responding to you about Datattach.
What we don't collect
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or fingerprinting scripts, which is why there's no cookie banner. We measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers) with a cookieless analytics tool that doesn't identify individual visitors.
Retention and your rights
We keep demo requests and email threads for as long as the conversation is live, and delete them when they're no longer needed. Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email hello@datattach.com and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This notice covers the marketing website only. The Datattach platform itself — what it stores, where it runs, and how customer data is protected — is described on the security & architecture page, and governed by the agreement we sign with each customer.
